A dated market picture
Foothold research is prepared from sources considered reliable at the stated research date. Ukraine’s regulatory, funding, ownership, sanctions, security and operating environment can change quickly. A report is therefore a carefully evidenced snapshot, not a promise that conditions will remain unchanged.
Verification before action
Registry details, beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure, disputes, funding availability and counterpart status should be re-checked before contact, contracting, payment or investment. Where evidence is incomplete or likely to move, Foothold identifies the limitation and the point that needs re-verification.
No guaranteed outcome
Named opportunities, counterparties, introductions or funding instruments do not guarantee suitability, access, financing, a tender result, a contract or commercial success. Introductions remain subject to the other party’s interest and availability.
Not specialist advice
Foothold is not a law firm, tax adviser, sanctions adviser, insurer, investment adviser, security consultancy or lobbying service. Our work should be combined with appropriate legal, tax, compliance, insurance, security and technical advice before a client commits resources.
The client’s decision
Clients remain responsible for their own due diligence, approvals, risk assessment and final decisions. The scope and permitted use of paid research are defined in the written terms for that engagement.
